|Recommended: YesBest apartment I've stayed at so far. — Is it objectively the nicest place I could be living No, it is not. But the cumulative package of every little detail being good makes this apartment the best one I have ever lived in. Close proximity to BYU campus, good overall quality, excellent service and communication from management, fast maintenance fulfillment, enough parking, and all for a reasonable cost, I don't want to live anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love the Kimball apartments The location is awesome, so close to BYU campus and bus stops. It is a great size, with a large kitchen that I love. The price is pretty good as well. Definitely suggest buying a parking pass because street parking can be so hard to find. And it is really cold in the summer and really hot in the winter in the apartment, but that is manageable. Overall a great place to live and highly suggest to anyone

Rough around the edges. — I really love living here Even though the apartment itself is a little less nice than my last living arrangement, I love this place much more than my previous situation. The place looks like its pretty worn, cabinets are pretty banked up and crooked, and the water pressure is low, etc., but it still has a super homey feel to it and most of the problems are pretty easy to fix.

|Recommended: YesCute place with good management — I like it here. The layout of the rooms makes it feel like more of a house than an apartment, and the kitchen is wonderful, with high ceilings and lots of cupboards. They are great at keeping up with the lawn out front. We live under another apartment, so sometimes you can hear people walking around, but it's not super loud, annoying or incessant. There is a parking lot out back, and you have to pay for a parking permit. Bike permits are free. It is with the Brittany Apartments, about two blocks away, and they have a nice pool, as well as a clubhouse with billiards, ping pong, a piano, and a TV with comfy couches, Disney , and Netflix. It's also in a great location, a block south of BYU campus and down the street from the UVX bus stop. The rooms aren't huge, but they're big enough for 2 people without feeling excessively crowded. There isn't a ton of storage space in the bedrooms a shared closet and one dresser but we put our beds on cinder blocks and it works just fine. Rent is affordable too Overall I love living here and I'd definitely recommend it
